The People Behind PatternCorp

Max Enderlein

Founder · Chief Executive Officer

Data science graduate of the University of Minnesota with a minor in statistics, now pursuing a Master's in Data Science and Analytics at Ferris State University with a concentration in Autonomous Vehicles. His work centers on building full end-to-end AI pipelines, from raw data processing and model development to deployment and real-world integration, with experience in predictive modeling, recommender systems, and applied analytics.

Max's experience spans healthcare data, natural language processing, and large-scale recommendation systems. He has built machine learning models for classification, prediction, and user behavior analysis, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and practical impact.

As Founder and CEO, Max leads product direction, development, and long-term strategy — identifying high-value problems and translating them into scalable AI-driven products, ensuring technical innovation is directly tied to real-world use cases, business growth, and user impact.

Saad Saleem

Chief Technology Officer · Researcher

Data science student at the University of Minnesota with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and applied statistics. His work centers on building end-to-end AI systems — from data analysis and modeling to deployment — with experience in predictive analytics and real-world decision systems.

Saad's interests sit at the intersection of technology, business, and finance, where he explores how AI can drive smarter decisions, optimize operations, and create scalable value. His work includes projects in fraud detection, deep learning, and AI-driven applications.

As CTO, Saad leads research and strategic partnerships, aligning technical innovation with business value — building tools that enhance user experience, support financial decision making, and scale across industries.
